We at Gadgeterians.com strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, in the rare event of receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we offer a return or exchange facility, subject to the conditions outlined below.
To claim a return, refund, or exchange, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue with the product. Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
Conditions Where Return, Exchange, Refund, or Warranty Will Not Be Applicable
We cannot process returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following cases:
- Physical Damage: If the product is damaged due to customer negligence, mishandling, or accidental damage.
- Burnt or Tampered Items: Any product showing signs of burns, tampering, or misuse.
- Digital Products or Software: Downloads or licensed digital goods are non-refundable.
- Clearance Sale Items: Items marked as “Clearance Sale” are final and non-returnable.
- Seal Damage: If the product’s intact seal is broken or removed.
- Hygiene Products: Items like undergarments, earphones, or any products directly related to personal hygiene.
- Gift Items: Promotional or free gifts provided with your purchase are not eligible for return.
- Missing Accessories or Packaging: If the product is not returned in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, labels, and packaging.
- Scratched or Altered Products: Products with scratches, stains, or other signs of wear and tear.
- Third-party Compatibility Issues: If the product is incompatible with third-party software, applications, or devices.
Steps to Claim a Return or Exchange
If your item is eligible for return, refund, or exchange, follow these steps:
- Email us at Contact@gadgeterians.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, mentioning your order number and attaching the unboxing video.
- Ensure the product is in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories. Do not apply sticky tape or markings on the product or its box.
- Return the product to our designated address. The cost of returning the product to us must be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect or a wrong item was sent.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for return. If approved, the refund process will be initiated as follows:
- Refunds for eligible claims will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned product.
- All refunds will be made via bKash, which is currently our only payment method.
Important Notes:
- For returns due to reasons other than product defects or our error, the refund amount will exclude delivery charges and payment processing fees.
- If a product was purchased with a discount, cashback, or promotional offer, the refunded amount will exclude the value of the discount or cashback.
Courier Charges for Returns
- If the product is defective or incorrect:
- Inside Dhaka: We will reimburse up to 60 Taka for courier charges.
- Outside Dhaka: We will reimburse up to 120 Taka for courier charges.
- Any additional courier fees beyond the above limits will be borne by the customer.
- If the product is not defective but the customer still wants to return:
- All courier charges and payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund.
Additional Terms for Returns and Refunds
- Clear Documentation: Ensure that all original documents, including warranty cards, manuals, and invoices, are returned with the product.
- Timely Returns: Products must be returned within the timeframe mentioned during your claim approval.
- Evaluation: Refunds or exchanges are subject to product evaluation to confirm it meets return conditions.
