Replacement & Warranty Policy for Gadgeterians.com

At Gadgeterians.com, we take pride in offering high-quality and genuine products. Some of our products come with warranties—either brand warranties or replacement warranties—while others do not. Details of the warranty for any particular product will be clearly mentioned on the product page, invoice, or on a separate warranty card included with the product.

Please note that replacement warranties are valid for a one-time replacement only. If a product develops the same or a new issue after it has been replaced once, it will be covered under a service warranty, if applicable.

Eligibility for Replacement

A product may be eligible for replacement if it meets the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing Fault: Issues that stem from defects in production.
  • Operating System (OS)-Related Faults: Device-level issues with the OS, but not related to third-party apps.
  • Power Issues: If the product does not power on due to a manufacturing defect (accessories such as remotes, keyboards, lights, or batteries are not covered).
  • Performance Issues: If the product fails to operate at a minimum of 60% of its intended performance.
  • Restarting or Boot Issues: The device keeps restarting or fails to operate normally.

If the product is sold with a replacement warranty and meets the above conditions, we will provide a new product upon inspection and approval.

Conditions Where Replacement May Not Be Applicable

A product will not be eligible for replacement in the following cases:

  1. Physical Damage: Any damage caused by mishandling, dropping, or improper usage.
  2. Burn or Tampering: Evidence of burns, tampering, or misuse.
  3. Software Modification: If the product has been modified with non-original software, or if warranty void stickers have been removed.
  4. Abnormal Usage: Usage of the product in an unsuitable environment or beyond its intended purpose.
  5. Replaced Items: Items that have already been replaced once are no longer eligible for further replacement.
  6. Limited Availability: If the replacement product is out of stock or unavailable for an extended period, a service warranty may be offered as an alternative.

Important Notes About Replacement Warranty

  • Replacement warranties are valid once per product.
  • If a replacement is approved, the process may take some time depending on the availability of the product. If the replacement product is unavailable and unlikely to return to stock, we will offer a service warranty or an equivalent solution.
  • Accessories such as chargers, batteries, and other add-ons are generally not covered by replacement warranties.

How to Claim a Replacement

If you believe your product qualifies for a replacement, follow these steps:

  1. Report the Issue: Contact us at Contact@gadgeterians.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number and details of the issue, along with any relevant evidence (e.g., an unboxing video).
  2. Return the Product: Ensure the product is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  3. Inspection: Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it to determine if it qualifies for a replacement under the warranty terms.

Additional Warranty Terms

  • A replacement warranty does not cover external accessories or consumables (e.g., batteries, remote controls).
  • Any issues related to third-party apps, software incompatibilities, or external environmental factors are not covered under warranty.
  • Replacement or service warranty claims must strictly adhere to the terms and conditions outlined on this page and in our Return Policy.
