A single night’s reading should not be taken as a precise medical measurement. Step counting is reasonably accurate and step data syncs to the companion app reliably. SpO2 blood oxygen readings at rest matched clinical-grade pulse oximeters within 1 to 2 percent. For reference, normal SpO2 ranges from 95 to 100 percent in healthy adults.

5ATM waterproofing means the watch is safe up to 50 meters of static water pressure.
